Customs & Duties
We want to make shipping and delivery as simple as possible. Customs and duties can be mean delays to receiving your package. We want to avoid this wherever possible.
Import taxes can vary between countries and are usually based on the total value of the parcel. As a supplier we can't list definitive import duties because every country has different import duty thresholds and rules. It is the responsibility of the recipient / buyer to pay any customs duties that your country authorities require before delivery. We understand this might be concerning for you as a buyer so we have done some of the home work for you:
EU countries: | We have registered for a scheme called IOSS. You will see VAT added at checkout and covers importation of goods upto a total consignment value of 150 Euros. For consignments over 150 Euros we recommend splitting your order into 2 or more separate orders; or be prepared to pay import duties to your EU port of entry customs authority. |
US: | The threshold for import tax is US $800. Goods valued below that are not subject to duty. |
Australia and New Zealand: | All goods purchased online with a value of AUD $1,000 or less are considered as low value products and are duty-free. |
Israel | The threshold for import tax is 1,200 shekels Goods valued below that are not subject to duty. |
South Korea | The threshold for import tax is US $150. Goods valued below that are not subject to duty. |
Ukraine | The threshold for import tax is 100 Euros. Goods valued below that are not subject to duty. |
