We offer FREE delivery on orders over $75 AUD subject to the following conditions:
  • Available to metro areas. For remote areas we withhold the right to charge shipping. Costs will be calculated and notified to you prior to order fulfillment.
  • Available for standard sized packages. For large or heavy items we withhold the right to charge shipping. Costs will be calculated and notified to you prior to order fulfillment.
If your order is under $75 then we still keep our shipping costs affordable:
  • $9.95 AUD for most products shipped to: Israel, Denmark, France, Germany, Norway, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, United States, South Korea,  Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Switzerland, Ukraine
  • Calculated Shipping: Non-metro areas or large/heavy items 

Shipping Times
Food & Treats will be shipped for arrival within approximately 7 business days.
We deal with different suppliers, so our delivery time for all other products (non food and treats) can vary, but it is typically 7-21 business days. Please note that we have also seen that COVID-19 has affected transport and shipping routes, so please expect some delays.

Unfortunately we are not able to ship quicker, but instead offer competitvely priced products for those customers who are happy to wait, knowing that they've secured a great price.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes! You can submit a request to cancel your order. Please act quickly because we would normally aim to ship out within 24 Hours. Unfortunately, once an item has been shipped then the order can not be cancelled.

Why did I receive multiple tracking numbers for items included in one order?
Our warehouses are located at multiple locations. Therefore, it is possible that the different items you pick as part of one order (with one order number) are sent to you from different locations. In this case, we will send you the individual tracking information for each package that we send out. 

How can I track my order?
All our shipping services include tracking information. After your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. You can track your order by either clicking on the link provided to you via email or by visiting the 'track order' page on our website.

PLEASE NOTE: After a tracking number is issued, it can take a few days for the carrier to update the tracking information. If you cannot see the tracking information immediately, please check again after a couple of days. 

What should I do if I did not receive my order within the estimated time?
Please note that shipping times can vary and we are not liable for the delayed delivery of the item(s). Please use the tracking information to get an up to date estimated arrival date. 

What if the tracking website shows the item was delivered but I did not receive the package?
In such a scenario, please follow the below steps:

  1. Verify the shipping address. Make sure that you had provided the right address at the time of placing your order. 
  2. Look for a notice of attempted delivery. Some times the delivery personnel will they leave a pickup notice for you to collect the package from the local post office.
  3. Look around the delivery location. Check around the entrances of your residence for the package: particularly on back porches, garages, carports or other places that might protect your package from theft or weather. Note that delivery drivers may also use plastic bags to protect your package from the weather.
  4. See if someone else accepted the delivery. Check with any family members, roommates, or neighbours who may have received the package for you without your knowing.
  5. Speak with the specific postal carrier who delivers your mail as they do scan the package in order to mark it 'delivered' and may remember where they left the package.
  6. Wait 24 hours—packages can sometimes show as delivered while still in transit.
  7. If your order is 24 hours passed the expected delivery date, then you will want to file a missing package claim with the shipping carrier.

 What if I made a mistake in my shipping address?

If you realise you made an error with your shipping address, please contact us asap at info@mydognmore.com and we will endeavour to amend it. However, due to the fast processing times of our warehouse, your order might have been already shipped.

In this case, keep tracking your package regularly until it reaches your local postal service. Then contact them and provide them with your Tracking Number and shipping information and request to have your package be held for pick up instead of being delivered to the incorrect address. If you organise to pick up then they will likely need ID to verify it is you. Alternatively you could contact the person(s) at the wrong address and request they notify you when the parcel is delivered.

In the event that an item is deemed undeliverable as a result of the incorrect shipping address, the courier will often return the package to the sender. In this situation, we would contact the customer upon receiving the returned goods and offer the option to either re-ship the items to the correct address or cancel the order. Additional shipping or administrative charges will apply.
